安全护理对脑卒中康复住院患者身体安全事件的影响

The Effects of Safety Nursing on Physical Safety Incident of the Stroke Inpatients

目的 探讨安全护理对脑卒中康复住院患者身体安全事件的影响。方法 选择 2 0 0 3年 8月— 2 0 0 4年 7月 110名脑卒中康复住院患者(观察组 )实施安全护理措施 ,并与 2 0 0 2年 8月— 2 0 0 3年 7月未实施安全护理的 10 0名脑卒中康复住院患者 (对照组 )比较 ,观察其危险的发生率。结果 观察组危险发生率为 8.2 % (9/110 ) ,而对照组的危险发生率为 2 2 % (2 2 /10 0 ) ,两组之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 安全护理有助于减少脑卒中康复住院患者身体安全事件的发生。

Objective To investigate the effects of safety nursing on physical safety incident of the stroke inpatients.Methods There were 110 stroke inpatients (observing group) observed in the rehabilitation center during August of 2003 and July of 2004. They were intervened by safety nursing and compared with 100 stroke inpatients (control group) during August 2002 and July 2003 who were not intervened by safety nursing in the rehabilitation center. Results The rate of safety incidents of the observing group was 8.2% (9/110), and that of the control group was 22% (22/100). There was remarkable difference in the safety incident between the two groups. Conclusion Safety nursing may reduce physical safety incidents of the stroke inpatients.
