摘要
在数控铣微直线加工程序预读、直线段间平滑算法的基础上,提出了线性变换圆弧平滑算法。对不在坐标平面的圆弧,先用线性变换将圆弧变换到坐标平面,然后进行逼近,求出插补点,再进行线性逆变换,求出插补点在原 平 面 的 坐 标 。 以 该 插 补 点 的 绝 对 角 度 来 计 算 所 有 的 插 补 点 , 确 保 终 点 输 出 时 积 累 误 差 最 小 。
On the base of the program pre-reading and the smooth algorithm between lines for micro-beeline machining of CNC milling, the arc smooth algorithm with linear transformation is brought forward. When the arc is not in a coordinate plane, arc will be converted to be in a coordinate plane, and it was approached with many line segments to generate interpolated points in this plane. At last, the coordinates of interpolated points in the primary plane will be calculated by linear inverse transform. All interpolated points are calculated according to absolute degrees of interpolated point, to guarantee the accumulated error is minimum.
