幅度可控的六自由度浮动装配台设计

Design of Floating Assembly Device with Six-Degrees of Freedom and Controllable Range

幅度可控的六自由度浮动装配台由夹紧机构、浮动机构及定位机构组成。浮动机构实现六自由度浮动,调整对接装配姿态。反应罐夹紧机构将反应罐与浮动装配台固定,浮动装配台夹紧机构控制其浮动状态和固定状态、浮动的幅度。定位机构完成筒体与反应罐的粗定位,实现 90°旋转、反应罐的轴线垂直定位及水平定位。

The floating assembly device with six-degrees of freedom and controllable range is composed of fastening mechanism, floating mechanism and locating mechanism. Floating of six-degrees of freedom is realized and assembling gesture is adjusted with floating mechanism. Fastening mechanism of retort and floating assembly device is fixed with fastening mechanism of retort. Floating state and range and fixing state is controlled with fastening mechanism of floating assembly device. Rough locating of barrel and retort, 90°rotating, vertical and level locating of axes of retort is accomplished with locating mechanism.
