摘要
根据对黄河两岸扬水站使用的双吸式离心泵的大量调查,针对普遍存在的泵效率 低和磨损严重的事实,按固液两相流理论设计了与6sh-9双吸泵体相匹配的叶轮,利 用6sh-9泵的泵体,组装成6XYP2泵,并对6sh-9和6XYP2泵进行了全面的性能 实验。依据实验结果,系统地总结了在不同含砂量下泵的性能变化规律,并对双吸式离 心泵固液两相流设计理论进行了探讨研究,得到了一些初步的结论。
According to a vast amount of investigations of pumps used in pumping stations along the Yellow River and aimed at the low efficiency and serious wear of pumps, two impellers were designed by using solid -liquid two-phase flow theory. Both impellers match the volute of pump 6sh-9 designed for clear water condition and composed pump 6XYP2. Characteristics tests of pump 6sh-9 and 6XYP2 were performed comprehensively. The laws of the pump characteristics under varying sand concentrations were summarized systematically from experimental data, design theory of the solid-liquid two phase flow was studied, and some preliminery conclusions were reached.
