Comprehension control and regression analysis of radial and axial clearances of deep groove ball bearing

目前球轴承径向游隙和轴向游隙的设计和控制方法在某些情况下不能满足用户的要求,就此提出了一种十分成功的设计和控制深沟球轴承径向游隙、轴向游隙和角向游隙的方法。通过对深沟球轴承径向游隙、轴向游隙和角向游隙关系分析认为,这种设计和控制方法是合理有效的。

The present design and control method of radial and axial clearances of ball bearings can't meet the users' needs in most cases.A thorough and successful way of design and control of radial,axial and angular clearance of deep groove ball bearings is given.Radial,axial and angular clearances of ball bearings are analysed.The results of analysis were as follows:the design and control method used by this paper is reasonable,and the results fit those of theory well.
