摘要
知识经济时代,对信息接受与处理的速度与广度已成为21世纪政府治理能力的标志。本文通过描述美国政府CIO制度的历史及现状、中国政府CIO建设的现状,指出在全球化趋势下,中国政府设置政府CIO的必要性,并对此提出建议。
In knowledge economy times,the speed and extent of government deal ing with information has become a sign of administration capability.This paper describes the historical and present situation of U.S government CIO system.And also show s the present situation of Chinese CIO building.Then the necessity of Chinese go vernment to build government CIO is pointed out Lastly,some advices are presente d based on foregoing analysis.
