摘要
该过滤装置由外壳、过滤网、清洗喷管等三部分组成。循环水进水管的偏心布置,促使循环水进入过滤装置后,沿外壳筒体的圆周切线方向形成旋流。污物随循环水在过滤装置内旋转,经滤网分散、洗涤、沉积,最终从排污孔排出。计算过滤装置内部的总阻力当量长度,分析产生的循环水速度头及其因阻力产生的影响。较长时间的运行后,过滤网的流通力逐渐减弱,过滤网需要清洗。
The filtration set is composed of crust, filtration net, cleanout wate ring tube and so on. Eccentricity disposal of the circle water tube make the cir cle water form burble along the circle tangent of the crust canister after enter ing the filtration set. The feculency will circumrotate along with the circle wa ter in the filtration set, finally vent from the limber hole through the filtrat ion net dispersing, washing, subsiding. Calculate the corresponded length of ove rall resistance in the filtration set interior. Analyze the produced speed caput of the circle water and the produced infection. After the usage of the long tim e, the filtration net need to launder when the circulation force of the filtrati on net will gradually weaken.
