为了达到防腐蚀目的,又考虑到制造成本,所以焦化分馏塔选用复合板16MnR+0Cr13AL。在焊接施工中的主要技术问题是复合板焊接材料的正确选用及焊接工艺的正确制定,制造过程中主要解决的问题是焊接裂纹、熔合区脆性、热影响区软化的预防及控制措施。
In order to achieve the anticorrosion purpose and considering the manuf acturing cost, clad plate 16MnR+0Cr13AL is chosen for the coking fractionating t ower. The major technology problem in welding construction is choose correct cla d plate as the welding material and make correct welding process. The problem ch iefly solved in the coking fractionating tower's manufacturing course is to prev ent welding crack and the melts fusion area brittleness and the softened heat in fluenced area and relevant control measures.
