护理人员社区护理知识及技能的调查

Investigation of the Nurses about Their Community Nursing Knowledge and Techniques

目的 探讨在职护理人员社区护理培训方向和培训方法。方法 社区护理学习班上以问卷方式调查。结果 通过对 10 0名护理人员社区护理知识及技能调查显示 :不同学历护理人员对社区护理的了解程度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,说明大中专院校和自学考试的课程设计中社区护理内容欠缺。接受过不同形式培训的护理人员对社区护理知识了解和掌握程度有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而示培训组和接受短期培训组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,说明培训方式要有针对性、系统性。结论 较普遍存在缺乏社区基本护理知识、老年病护理知识。

Objective To probe the training direction and method of community nursing of the nurses on duty in future. Methods In the class of community nursing study, we do our investigation by using questionnaires. Results Through the investigation of 100 nurses about their community nursing knowledge and techniques, there were no significant differences between different levels of education (P>0.05). But there were significant differences between receiving different types of training education (P<0.01). This indicates that trainings should have its aim and systematization. Conclusions The general existing questions are lacking of the basic community nursing knowledge, the nursing of the senile diseases, the community nursing technique and communication skills.
