On load uniform distribution among backstops in multi-driven upward belt conveyor

通过对多机驱动逆止工况的分析 ,提出了弹簧均载方案 ,并推导出了逆止器间的均载条件及其初始变形之间的关系 ,给出了因实际工作逆止角的变化而引起的载荷分布变化的计算方法。

Considering operation of backstops in multi-driven upward belt conveyor,the method of realizing load uniform distribution among backstops by spring devices is proposed.Determination of initial compressing deformation of the springs and actual backstopping angle of backstops as well as influence of the two parameters on load uniform distribution among backstops is discussed.
