摘要
通过理论推导与实验探讨,得到精纺毛型织物弯曲、剪切、压缩、表面摩擦、低负荷拉伸性能指标的预测方程,以这些预测方程和日本川端等人的关于织物手感、形态风格等性能的客观评价方法为支撑,研制开发出预测精纺毛型面料性能的软件系统。用户输入原料、纱线和织物结构参数后,软件就可帮助预测织物的基本力学性能、手感和形态风格,软件还设置有"服装款式推荐"和"咨询决策"功能,帮助选择面料适合的最佳服装款式以及修改不符合要求的设计方案。
Equations that can predict worsted fabrics' properties such as bending, shearing, compression, surface and tension, are achieved by means of theoretical and experimental studies. By combining these equations with Kawabata's hand and silhouette evaluation methods, a software system is established. Then the mechanical properties, hand and silhouette of a fabric can be predicted quickly and accurately in terms of fiber configurations, yarn and fabric structures. Also the best type of garment can be recommended and unsatisfied predicted results can be revised by the functions of 'garment type recommended' and 'Recommending designing' respectively.
