摘要
针对我国过去承包工程项目管理理论和实践的问题,分析了工程总承包项目的特殊性,从工程总承包项目的组织使命、目标体系、管理理论和方法体系等几个方面重新构造总承包项目管理的体系。
According to past theoretical and practical problems of project management of Chinese contract projects, authors analyze special features of general contract projects, and rebulid a general contract project management system from such aspects as constitution, objects, target system, management theories, and method system and so forth.
