一种新型两性皮革加脂剂的合成及应用研究

Study on synthesis and properties of a novel amphoteric fat liquor

以硫酸化蓖麻油和季铵盐 (ETA)为原料 ,在一定的反应条件下 ,硫酸化蓖麻油分子中的羟基与ETA发生取代反应 ,合成季铵型两性表面活性剂 ,与其它物质复配成两性皮革加脂剂。优化了季铵型两性表面活性剂的合成条件 ,对其结构进行了表征 ,对两性皮革加脂剂进行了应用试验。试验结果表明 :此加脂剂具有良好的渗透、加脂及结合性能。

The amphoteric surfactant was synthesized by sulfuric castor oil and ETA.The reaction condition of surfactant were deeply studied.The amphoteric fat liquor was recombinated with other surfactants.The application experiment was carried out and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR. The fat liquor showed the excellent properties of permeability、fat liquoring and bonding.
