摘要 火炮身管内膛磨损量是其使用和预测火炮寿命的主要参数之一,准确的测量内膛磨损量对于提高射击精度和预测火炮剩余寿命都有着重要作用。文中提出了用激光测距原理测量身管内径,求解磨损量的方法;阐述了整个检测系统研制方案及其实现过程。系统经过测试,表明该系统测试精度高,误差在0 05mm以下,检测速度快,大大提高了检测效率,达到了预定设计要求。 Gun barrel's wear is one of the most important parameters of gun usage and remaining life. There are key effects in improving the precision of shooting and predicting the artilley's remaining life in accurately measuring the gun barrel's wear. A new method is presented by laser measurement to measure gun barrel radius and solve the wear. It is expatiated how to carry out the whole measuring system .Through testing, it has high precision and the error is under 0.05mm. Measurement speed is quick. It has improved efficiency of measuring the gun barrel's wear greatly. The measuring system reaches the scheduled designing requirements.
