摘要
齿轮、轴承等机械设备在运行时的振动信号中如存在冲击信息,在很大程度上说明了齿轮、轴承已存在故障缺陷,有时甚至是很严重的。要求诊断设备能够及时发现这类信息,避免发生重大的设备事故。文章介绍了采用共振解调技术提取冲击信息的数学模型和在故障诊断中的应用,通过对数控机床的机械故障进行诊断,说明共振解调技术在诊断齿轮、轴承等机械设备的应用效果是明显的。
If there exist pulse information when the gear and bear is running, It indicate that the gear and bear has fault, sometimes it is fateful, we must find this information instantaneous in order to prevent it from going on. A mathematical model on the technology of resonant demodulation is put forward. The fault diagnosis was made for digital control machine tool, the application of the resonance demodulation to diagnose gear and bear machinery equipment is remarkable.
