对现代企业制度下党企关系的思考

Thoughts on Relations between the Communist Party and Enterprises under Current Enterprise Systems

企业作为社会生产力的载体 ,是国民经济的主要力量。本文通过对党企关系的探讨 ,提出党为了执政必须对企业实行控制 ,控制方式上 ,不能违背事物本来秩序由党直接控制 ,而是通过规则框架的构成与制度环境的形成等方式 ,来实现对企业的间接控制。

Being the carrier of social productivity, enterprises are the major force of the national economy. Through discussion on the relations between the Communist Party and enterprises, the writer indicates that the Communist Party must keep the enterprises under control to rule the state; but in respect to the ways of control, the Party needs to practice indirect control over the enterprises by formulating rules and regulations instead of direct control, which goes against its natural laws.
