摘要
“Food Summit in China 2004”held in Beijing on November 8th, 2004. Elite of food industry fromvarious countries of the world converged in Beijing, analysed, discussed and exchanged the world foodmarket and its product development. This forum had both macro-exposition from a great angle of viewand the special theses on hot-spot issues. Through this hind of direct exchanges, food circles of theChinese and western countries can understand the progress and development future of food industry ina clearer and all-round way.
