The Chinese food industry is one of the main plates which have the most vitality in the economic stage inChina. From 1980 to 2000, the growth of our national food industry averages 13.1% per year, it is the secondlargest industry in China. It grows faster evidently when entering the 21st century. It is estimated that thefood industrial chain continues extension and expansion, the general trend of increasing the total economywill be unavoidable in the next 5-10 years. The Chinese food industry will still keep great-hearted andgrowth tendency.
