食管癌中p27表达及其临床意义

Clinical significance of p27 expression in esophageal carcinomatous tissue

目的 :探讨食管癌组织中 p2 7表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化染色( SP)法 ,对 1 1 0例食管癌及 30例癌旁组织 p2 7进行检测 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :1 1 0例食管癌组织中 ,5 1例 p2 7表达呈阳性 ,阳性率达 46.4% ,癌旁组织中 2 2例呈阳性 ,阳性率 73.3% ,二者之间有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,p2 7表达与肿块大小、淋巴结转移、病理分级和预后显著相关 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :p2 7表达可作为食管癌诊断指标之一 ,与其生存预后有关。

Objective:To discuss the expression of p27 in esophageal carcinomatous tissue and it's clinical signidficance.Methods:110 specimens of esophageal carcinomatous tissue and 30 specimens of surrounding tissue of carcinoma were tested by immunohistochemical staining (SP) method.The data was statistically analysed. Results:The positive rates of p27 expression in carcinomatous tissue and surrounding carcinomatous tissue were 46.4%(51/110) and 73.3%(22/30) respectively.The diffrence was significant(P<0.05).The expression of p27 was significantly related to the size of tumour,lymphatic transmission,pathologic levels and prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of p27 may be one of the factors in esophageal carcinoma diagnosis.It's related to the survival and prognosis.
