摘要
从环境法能否调整人与自然的关系这一命题出发 ,通过借鉴后现代主义思潮 ,以一个全新的视角 ,阐述了法学研究范式变革的必然性及其重大意义。
Based on the discussion on whether environmental law ca n harmonize the relationship between human and nature, following the post\|moder nism ideological trend, this paper elaborates the inevitability and great signi ficance on the transformation of legal science research model from a brand\|new angle of view.
