采用高效液相色谱法同时测定了6-嗅-2-萘酚和2-萘酚的含量。用SHIMPACK CLC ODS色谱柱,甲醇+0.05％磷酸水溶液=70+30为流动相,UV检测器,检测波长为275nm;6-溴-2-萘酚的线性范围为0.01 mg·ml-1-1.0 mg·ml-1,r=0.9993,平均回收率为99.8％。2-萘酚的线性范围为0.0001 mg·ml-1 -0.005mg·ml-1,r=0.9991,平均回收率为98.1％,该法准确、简便,可用于6-溴-2-萘酚的质量控制。
A method for the determination of 6 - bromo - 2 - naphthol and 2 - naphthol is described. In this method SHIMPACK CLC ODS column(5μ, 150mm × 6.0mm) is used, and methanol :0. 05% phosphoric acid= 70:30 as mobile phase, the detection is made at 275nm. The linear range of 6 - bromo - 2 - naphthol is 0. 01 -1.0 mg · ml-1(r=0.9993,n=5) ;The linear range of 2 -naphthol is 0.0001 -0.005mg · ml - 1 (r= 0.9991,n =5). The average recovery is 99. 8% . This method is accurate and simple for the determination of 6 - bromo - 2 - naphthol.
