摘要
本文从高校育人工作角度出发,提出要解决大学生就业问题应从改革高校内部运作机制特别是就业指导工作体系的构建入手,把开展大学生就业指导与学校教育改革紧密结合,充分发挥思想政治教育在学生就业指导中的重要作用,以规范、科学为目标,着力完善大学生就业指导体系和信息、服务体系的建设,帮助大学生合理定位,端正心态,形成正确的就业理念,全方位的为高校毕业生就业提供服务和帮助,为地方经济发展做出积极贡献。
From the perspective of talent fostering in the colleges and universities, the paper proposes ways to solve the employment of graduates, i. e. , reform in the operational mechanism which shall start from the construction of employment guidance work system, close integration of employment guidance and school educational reform, full role of ideological and political education in the employment guidance, improvement of the guidance system and construction of information and service system with standardization and science as goal, assistance of college students in rational location and sound mentality to develop a correct employment ideology in order to provide all - round service and help to the college graduates and make positive contributions to the development of local economy.
