本文首先分析了我国东西部地区之间经济与社会发展差距拉大的具体表现 ;其次 ,提出资本投入严重不足是导致西部地区经济与社会发展落后于东部地区的一大主因 ;最后 ,建议以资本市场建设为中心 。

The article,firstly,analyses the specific display of great difference of economic and social development between the East and the West.Secondly,it puts forward the serious shortage of capital input is the main reason that makes the West lagged behind the East. Finally,it suggests we should take the construction of capital market as the central work, quicken the step of economic and social development of the West.
