摘要
以特许协议为基础的主要用于大型基础设施项目建设的BOT模式是我国目前试行的一种项目融资方式。本文对我国试点的BOT项目进行了概述 ,并对项目实施过程中面临的问题提出了一些切实的对策建议。
At present, BOT is one of the important ways to attract foreign invenstment , which is mainly applied to big infrastructure based on chartered agreement This article discusses BOT Projects being tried out in China and Puts forward the following Practical suggestions as to how to solve the Problems met with in carrying out the projects
