知识经济时代即将到来 ,我国现实的高等教育首当其冲面临着一系列严峻的挑战 ;高等教育的教育观念、教育内容、教育方式和手段、教育产出都必须进行一次革新 ;高等学校必须突出“智能教育” ,适应对未来型人才的培养 ;我国高等教育必须要增加和完善两种新功能 ,探求“通才教育”“继续教育”的有效途径。

With the coming of the era of knowledge economy,current higher education in China is the first to be affected and faces a series of harsh challenges;educational concept,content, pattern & means and out put need innovating; institutions of higher learning must lay stlress on “intelligent Education” to adjust themselves for the training of future typed talents; Chinese higher education must increase and perfect two new functions, seeking effective ways of “education of All round people”as well as “Continous Education”
