关于高校后勤社会化若干问题的思考

Thoughts on the problems of rear service socialization of colleges and wiversities

本文针对目前严重制约高校发展的后勤状况 ,论证了后勤社会化改革的必然性和重要性 ;阐述了高校后勤社会化的内涵及其改革目标。通过对目前高校后勤社会化改革过程中存在的矛盾和问题的深刻分析 ,提出了相应的较为切合实际和行之有效的解决办法。

In view of existing situation of rear service which is restricting the development of colleges and universities, the article expounds the necessity and importance of socialized reformation of rear service, and illustrates the connotation and reforming aims of rear service socialization of colleges and universities. Through analysing the existing contradiction and problems, it puts forward the corresponding effective solutions in practice.
