摘要
本文提出了一种利用离子交换树脂萃取发酵法生产柠檬酸的新方法。该方法将离子交换树脂填充柱与发酵反应器相连接,发酵一定时间后,发酵液流经离子交换柱,分离出产物柠檬酸,再返回发酵反应器循环使用。与传统的发酵方法相比,萃取发酵使发酵周期由9天缩短到6天,糖转化率由原来的88.4%提高到96.6%,柠檬酸生产速率由0.447g/I·h提高到0.753g/l·h。
A novel method of extractive fermentation of citric acid was proposed, in which an ion-exchange resin packed column was attached with a fermentor for separation of citric acid from fermentation broth. As compared with the conventional batch fermentation process,this new method decreased the fermentation period from 216 h to 144 h, increased the sugar conversion rate from 88. 4% to 96. 6% and the citric acid production rate from 0. 447g/1. h to 0. 753g/1. h,respectively.
