摘要
文章在分析高校图书馆管理创新内涵的基础上,提出高校图书馆管理创新的内容以及在管理创新中 要遵循的原则,并指出图书馆馆长和创新型人才是图书馆管理创新的关键因素。
The article analyzes the connotadon of the innovatory management in college libraries, advance the content and principles in the innovatory mangement,point out the leader and talent is the key of the innovatory management.
