摘要 DNA计算机以其高度并行性和巨大的信息存储容量为NP-完全问题的解决提供了一种全新的方法,而快速准确的结果输出是其走向实用的关键之一。文章主要介绍激光诱导荧光(LIF)技术,并对LIF在DNA计算机输出中的应用进行了讨论。 This paper gives a brief description of the realization methods of DNA computation,and then introduces laser induced fluorescence technic.Finally it gives a discussion on the LIF's application in DNA computer particularly according to the test tube and surface-based fashion.
