摘要
本文分析了目前我国计量供热收费面临的问题,提出了解决的途径及措施,并探讨了计量供热收费模式;同时提出了基于统一热价的多级热计量和多种收费结算方式并存的计量供热收费模式。
The problems facing the current heating meterage of our country is analyzed. Approachs and provisions to the problems are pointed out. Charging model on heating meterage is discussed. The model combined multi-level heating metering with different heating bill settlement procedures based on a unified basic price is given.
