中国运动创伤学发展历程

Development of sports traumatology in China

运动创伤学是骨科和运动医学的重要组成部分,因竞技体育发展的需要,作为运动医学的一部分在我国卫生及体育系统发展起来。主要服务对象是运动员及演员。任务除防治运动创伤外,还着重研究和保证运动成绩的提高。研究重点是软骨损伤、末端病和关节不稳。我国第一个运动医学研究所是北京大学第三医院的“北京运动医学研究所”。中国运动医学会于1978年成立。《中国运动医学杂志》于1982年创刊。文章回顾了科研及临床工作成绩。

Sports traumatology is one importan t branch of both orthopedics and sports medicine.To meet the needs of competitive sports,it quickly deve loped in the field of sports to serve chiefly the a thletes as well as actors and actresses.Its missions are not only to cure and prevent sports injuries but also to help enhance th e athletic records.Cartilage injuries,enthesopathy and joint instability are its major research fo-cuses.Beijing Institute of Sports M edicine,Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Medical Collage,was the first of its kind Chi na.Chinese Association of Sports Me dicine was established in 1978.Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine was published in 1982.Other achievements concerning its research and clinical work are also reviewe d in this paper.
