摘要 介绍了近年来微波介质陶瓷的发展与研究现状,分析了不同体系微波介质陶瓷的主要发展方向以及各自代表合成体系。同时比较介绍了微波介质陶瓷各体系的重要微波介电性能。指出未来急需解决的问题与发展方向。 Present research status and development of microwave dielectric ceramics are described in detail. Some main systems of ceramics are reviewed, and the differences of all above ceramic systems on dielectric properties are compared in this paper. The main way to improve and development trends of the microwave dielectric ceramics are indicated.
