摘要 综述了低温烧结微波介质陶瓷BiNbO_4的近期研究进展,总结了在BiNbO_4陶瓷的研究中所采用的3种基本方法:氧化物掺杂、离子置换以及与其它微波介质材料复合,归纳了不同氧化物掺杂、不同离子置换对陶瓷影响的异同点,以及表现出来的共同规律。 The paper reviews the recent progress in the research of low temperature sintered BiNbO_4 based microwave dielectric ceramics. Three basic methods used in the research are summarized, i. e. adding oxides, substituting ions and compounding with other microwave dielectric ceramics. It summaries differences of the influence on ceramics induced by different oxides addition and substitution ions, and the common law shown in then.
