大鼠胸段脊髓损伤后两种不同行为评分方法的比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :比较两种神经功能评分方法对大鼠脊髓损伤 (SCI)模型行为功能的评价。方法 :大鼠急性SCI模型按轻、中、重度损伤随机分组 ,分别应用联合行为评分 (CBS)和BBB评分方法对大鼠后肢行为功能进行评价。结果 :两种方法评价结果均与损伤程度相关 ,其中BBB评分方法相关性较高 ,且体现在损伤后运动功能恢复的每一阶段。结论 :BBB评分方法对大鼠SCI模型运动功能评价优于CBS评分方法。 Objective:To compare BBB with combined behaviour scores(CBS)in a rat model of spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:An acute SCI model was made using Allen's method.The rats were divided into four groups according to the extent of injury.BBB scales and CBS were used to assess hindlimb(HL)neurological function.Results:Two behaviour scores might assess HL locomotor function according to the extent of injury.The BBB scores were better than CBS in testing behaviour function.Conclusion:The BBB scales are a standard test for SCI locomotor assessment in rats.
