社区治疗精神分裂症的疗效探析

The Analyses of Curative Effect of Schizophrenia Patients Treated in Community

目的 探讨精神分裂症患者社区治疗的疗效及意义。方法 将 10 0例精神分裂症患者随机分为社区治疗组和住院治疗组 ,各组 5 0例 ,采用前瞻性对照研究 ,历时 1年。用简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、护士用住院患者观察量表 (NOSIE - 30 )、社会功能缺陷筛选量表 (SDSS)和复发率等进行评估。结果 与入组时比较 ,在 6个月末和 1年末 ,研究组的BPRS、NOSIE、SDSS各量表总分与对照组比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5～P <0 .0 0 1) ,复发率 (2 % )也低于对照组 (18% )。结论 社区治疗对于精神分裂症控制病情 ,恢复社会功能 ,防止复发显示明显作用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of schizophrenia patients treated in community.Methods 100 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into community groups (n=50) and inpatient groups(n=50).The patients were observed using prospective controlled trial for 1 year.The curative effect were assessed by brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),The Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE), Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) and the relapse rate.Results the total scores of BPRS, NOSIE and SDSS had significantly difference between inpatient groups and community groups(P<0.05～(P<0.001), the relapse rate were lower in community groups((2%) compared with inpatient groups(18%).Conclusions the curative effects of schizophrenia patients treated in community was superior to that treated in hospital, such as controlling state of illness, recovering social function and preventing relapse.
