研究厂从“一串红”他中提取出一种天然红色色素的工艺方法,并对该色素的生产和开发利用做了简单介绍。
The extraction technology of natural red pigment from flowers of salvia spiendens Ker. -Gawl is studied. The production and application of this red pigment are also introduced.
