摘要全髋关节置换术在我国开展已有二十余年的历史，术式不断改良普及，假体式样日益翻新，术中髋臼杯即髋臼假体的安放角度是手术成功的关键因素。髋臼杯的位置安装不良，易导致假体松动，易造成股骨头假体的脱出。
