摘要
目的 查找某中学不明原因疾病可能的病因及其主要的危险因素 ,为制定现场控制措施提供依据。方法 现场调查及 1∶1配比病例对照调查分析。结果 61例病例 1∶1配比病例对照研究显示 ,经常吃酸菜 (OR =3 .85 9,95 %CI1.180~12 .618)为该校学生发生不明原因疾病的主要危险因素。结论 维生素B1缺乏是本病可能的病因 ,膳食结构不合理 ,居室环境潮湿可能是发病的主要因素。
To seek for the possible causes for an unknown disease and its risk factors and provide basis for establishing control measures on site. Investigation on site and 1:1 case control study were carried out. The result indicated that the major risk factor was over-consuming pickled sour cabbage (OR=3.859, 95% CI: 1.180~12.618). [Conclusion] Lacking Vitamin B1 might be the major cause for the unknown disease; unbalanced diet and damp environment might be main factors for the attack.
