大麦茶是我国许多地区夏季消暑解渴的传统饮料,以其价廉物美而被赞誉为“大众茶”。它是将大麦在炒釜中加以细砂、食盐、石膏等作为热介质,高温下加以焙炒成带有浓郁麦香的焦色麦粒,冲茶饮用。
