摘要
膨化食品对于广大消费者来说并不陌生,但膨化水果制品在国内外却为罕见。笔者在研究多年膨化食品的基础上,又开发出了膨化水果制品的新产品。膨化水果制品是一种新奇而独特的食品。
The process principle of the fruits and detailed pro-cessing procedure of bulking fruits were outlined.Some fac-tors having influences on the quality of the products were in-vestigated.
