摘要
为了研究Zn在小麦植株中吸收、分配和累积的动态变化规律,以郑州9023为供试品种,测定了小麦不同生育期、不同部位的Zn含量。结果表明:小麦植株中分配zn较多的部位是籽粒、根和茎,叶和叶鞘中zn含量水平较低,由此可知,Zn是一种可移动的元素,易累积在生长旺盛的部位;灌浆期和拔节-抽穗期是植株吸收Zn最快的时期,其中吸收速率最高的为灌浆初期-中期,吸收速率最慢的是越冬-返青期,前者约为后者的136倍。
Through the field experiment with Zhengzhou 9023, the dynamics of uptake, distribution and accumulation of Zn in Wheat were studied. The results showed that grains, roots and stems were organs in wheat gathering more Zn, but there were very little Zn in leaves and leaf sheathes. Roots and stems resembled a corridor of Zn from soil to grains. Zn, as a moving element, was accumulated more in thriving organs than in other organs. And it was in filling stage and jointing to heading stage that Zn was uptaken mostly by wheat.
