摘要
1 台湾食品添加物之演进1960年时,食品添加物,一般是由化工原料公司将化工原料当作食品添加物贩卖,并没有专门销售食品添加物的专业厂商,所以食品加工业者,仅能依其传承经验从事生产各式加工食品,只要不会发生急性中毒,而能够防腐、改进口感、质地或外观的化工原料如硼砂、吊白块、萤光染料等,都被拿来添加于食品中.
The development of food additive industry in Taiwan,and the relations be-twesm food industry and food additive industry wene outlined.Law and decrees(?) food additives were intrdeuced.The safety aspects and marketprespects and future developmental (?) were anaysed.
