摘要
为了提高催化传感器的零点稳定性,本文提出了一种与传统静态参数配对工艺完全不同的动态配对方法,利用现代数学中的聚类分析计算方法,使每个催化传感元件与其特性相近的补偿元件进行了配对,改善了补偿效果,催化传感器的零点漂移减小了一半左右.
To improve the zero stability of the catalytic sensor, a new marching technique on dynamic parameters different from conventional static parameters was proposed. By the clustering analysis and calculation, each catalytic element can be marched to the compensating element with similar property, and the compensating performance is improved. Experimental results show that the new marching technique can reduce sensor's zero drift two times.
