摘要
本文对本地三家电信运营商所采取的营销手段进行了总结,根据模块化的原则,借鉴智能网计费分拣系统 的具体实现和技术规范,考虑到今后业务发展需求,对现行计费分拣系统的优惠处理提出自己的一点设想。
By summarizing the marketing strategy of the three native telecommunication corporations, in accordance with the modularization rules, benefiting from the realization and technical specification of intelligent networks charging and sorting system and considering the future business, this paper puts forward a little bit of opinion on how to deal with the discount of present charging and sorting system.
