摘要
海水泵阀等附件是海水管系的重要部件 ,国内常用锡青铜、硅黄铜制造 ,与目前推广使用的B10合金在海水中偶合时 ,电偶腐蚀较重 ,不能满足海水管系对高可靠性的要求。为此 ,研制了一种与B10海水管道材料配套使用的海水泵、阀材料。通过测量研制合金及常用泵阀材料与B10、B30等管道材料偶合时的电偶电流、电偶电位和电偶腐蚀率等参量 ,研究了新研制的合金在海水中的电偶腐蚀行为。
As the important accessories of seawater pipes system, seawater pump and valve usually made of tin bronze and silicon brass were not able to meet the high reliability requirement for seawater pipes, because they were liable to serious electric coupling corrosion as they were coupled with the currently popularized B10 alloy in sea water. Thus a new type Ni Al bronze alloy was developed as the seawater pump and valve material matching the B10 alloy as the seawater pipe material. The electric couple corrosion behaviors of the newly developed Ni Al bronze alloy and conventional seawater pump and valve alloys coupled with B10 and B30 alloys in seawater were investigated, based on the measurement of the electric couple current, electric couple potential, and electric couple corrosion rate. It was found that the newly developed Ni Al bronze alloy coupled with B10 and B30 alloys in seawater had better ability to resist electric couple corrosion than the conventional tin bronze and silicon brass alloys.
