摘要
在涂装生产中 ,选择合适的加热方式可降低生产成本 ,提高表面处理质量。在某厂的工程设计中 ,经过多次的方案比较 ,最终采用天然气作能源 ,采用热风循环加热方式。经过实际应用表明 ,该方法设计合理 。
In painting production, it is essential to choose proper heating mode so as to reduce the production cost and improve the quality of the treated surfaces. Thus hot air cyclic heating mode was established in the project design of a factory, using natural gas as the energy source and based on a series of trial and error. It was proved by practical application that the established heating mode was reasonable and had good economic and social benefits.
