摘要
在对大容量储能点焊机的RLC(由电阻、电感、电容组成的)放电回路简化的基础上,建立放电回路的数学模型,并通过计算机编程画出各种参数下的放电电流波形;研究了放电回路中电容、电感等参数对焊机放电形式、放电电流波形的峰值及放电时间的影响规律。
Based on simplifying for resistance-inductance-capacitance discharge circuit of a capacitor stored energy spot welding machine, discharge circuit mathematical model was set up and the discharge current curve was simulated by the aid of computer. The influence of inductance and capacitance on the shape of the discharge current curve, peak value current and time of the discharge was studied systemically, in order to guide the design of discharge circuit.
