摘要
利用硅胶柱层析分离和SephadexLH20纯化等方法从珠芽蓼果实分离得到6个化合物,经1HNMR、13NMR等技术及理化性质鉴定为β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷、没食子酸、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷、槲皮素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、蔗糖.6种化合物均为首次从该植物分离得到.
To investigate the chemical constituents of the fruits of Polygonum viviparum L., six compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography and purified wiht a Sephadex LH20 .Their structures were elucidated with ~1H NMR、 ^(13) C NMR and according to physical and chemical properties as β-sitosterol, daucosterol, gallic acid, Butyl β-D-fructopyranoside, quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucoside and sucrose. The chemical constituents of Polygonum viviparum L. were first reported here.
