摘要
目的:调查分析不同年级护理大学生的人格特征, 有利于进行护理学生的选拔和岗位培训.方法:采用卡特尔 16PF人格测量表,对在校二年级35名护理学生和赴临床实 习的三年级33名护理学生进行测试.结果:临床实习的护理 学生与在校学生比较,在3种人格因素L,M,Q2和次级人格 因素Y4方面存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论:在校护理学生 适应能力较强,有充分合作的团体精神;实习学生总体上做事 尽职,独立性和进取精神强,应变性也有相对提高.16PF的测 试可为医学院校科学管理护理学生提供理论依据.
AIM: To investigate the personality traits of nursing students for the screening of nurses and job-specific training. METHODS: Thirty-five nursing students in grade 2 and 33 in clinical practice were assessed with 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF). RESULTS: The personality qualities of nursing students were of different characteristics in the two groups. The nursing students of grade 2 were better in team spirit, enthusiasm and adaptability, while those in clinical practice were more dutiful, independent and initiative, and their abilities of handling emergencies were also enhanced. CONCLUSION: The assessment with Cattell's 16PF is good for the screening of nurses in a medical university.
