ERP study of visual spatial attention in different spatial scaling cues

摘要 目的:采用提示 目标的视觉实验方式,通过事件相 关电位(ERP)研究视觉空间注意中不同范围区域性提示下的 脑内时程的动态变化.方法:被试为16名在校大学生,以大、 中、小3种不同直径的圆圈作为注意范围的区域性提示,让被 试完成视觉搜索任务,并记录反应时与ERP数据.结果:对于 反应时而言,提示等级的主效应显著,F=7.9,P=0.001,表现 出在大圈提示时,反应时最长,而在小圈提示时,反应时最短 [小:(669±29)ms→中:(747±25)ms→大:(815±23)ms]; ERP早期成分的P1波幅则是在大圈提示时达到最大波幅为: (1.7±0.4)μV;而N1波幅在小圈提示时为最大,其值为: (-2.8±0.5)μV.结论:研究结果提示了以下电生理学证 据:不同注意空间等级的改变调节了早期视皮层的神经活动, 不同注意范围与早期的P1及N1成分相关. AIM: To examine the temporal dynamics of the spatial scaling of attention by using the 'cue-target' visual model and recording event-related potentials (ERPs). METHODS: Circles of three sizes were used as cues for attention region. Sixteen college students completed the visual search tasks, and the reaction time (RT) and ERPs were recorded. RESULTS: The main effect of spatial scaling cues on RT was significant: F=7.9, P=0.001. With the increase of the cue scale, RTs increased (669±29) ms → (747±25) ms → (815±23) ms. The amplitudes of the posterior P1 also increased, and the maximum P1 amplitude was found in the biggest cue condition: (1.7±0.4) μV, while the maximum N1 amplitude was found in the smallest cue condition: (-2.8±0.5) μV. CONCLUSION: The results provide electrophysiological evidence that different spatial scaling of attention is related to posterior P1 and N1.
